Service description

InCardible is a credit card reward tracking and optimization service. We help you track credit card transactions, calculate earned rewards, identify missed reward opportunities, and recommend the best card for each type of spend. The service operates by parsing credit card statement and transaction alert emails from your connected Gmail account or uploaded statements.

User responsibilities

By using InCardible, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your credit cards and financial data
• Only connect Gmail accounts that you are authorized to access
• Not use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share access with unauthorized parties
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the service or its APIs

Limitation of liability

InCardible is a reward tracking and informational tool. It does not constitute financial advice. All card recommendations, reward calculations, and spending insights are provided on a best-effort basis and should be verified independently. You use the service at your own discretion and risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InCardible and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to incorrect reward calculations, missed transactions, or data parsing errors.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a security risk to our service or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting incardible.app@gmail.com.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify users via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
